Computer Vision Engineering Internship

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will work on a variety of tasks ranging from developing our breakthrough technology to designing and developing innovative imaging solutions that best solve clients’ problems across various industries.

You will implement new features, collect/analyze data, and come up with novel solutions to problems being faced across a variety of industries. This can involve writing embedded software, coding for an FPGA, coming up with and coding demos. You will learn and develop low level image processing operations through to a full-blown perception stack with some machine learning thrown into the mix.

QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills and Experience:

  • Students in their penultimate year pursuing studies in an engineering or science field such as Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Interest in Computer Vision / Image processing, AI/ML.
  • Strong mathematical ability to solve computer vision problems.
  • Understanding of object-oriented software engineering and ability to write clean, well-documented code.
  • Working knowledge of Python is required.
  • Working knowledge of C++, Matlab, VHDL/Verilog, and Linux is desired.
  • Working knowledge of FPGA, Embedded Systems is desired.
  • Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Self-learner and independent problem solver who thinks creatively.
  • Hard-worker and result oriented individual who challenges the status-quo.
  • Fluent in English.
