Location: Remote (Lebanon-based candidates)

Working Hours: 3-6 months

Time Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Reports to: Platform Enablement Lead


ABOUT LEBNET:

Founded in 1999 in Silicon Valley, LebNet is a nonprofit organization dedicated to welcoming, empowering, and connecting the Lebanese tech diaspora across North America and beyond. LebNet supports thousands of professionals through mentorship, internships, fellowships, job connections, entrepreneurship, and community programs.

LebNet is undergoing a major digital transformation, including the launch of a new community platform and migration off its current system. This internship is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a high-impact technology transformation project.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Platform & Website Migration Intern will support the enablement of LebNet’s new community platform and the migration of content, members, and workflows from the current system (WildApricot) to a modern digital platform. This role is ideal for a technically curious, detail-oriented student or early-career professional who wants real-world experience in digital transformation, systems migration, and nonprofit technology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with migrating website pages, content, and member data to the new platform
  • Support testing of workflows such as event registrations, memberships, and communications
  • Help document processes, user guides, and system workflows
  • Support content cleanup, formatting, and quality checks
  • Assist with platform configuration and basic troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with the project lead and internal stakeholders
  • Support user onboarding and internal testing

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in IT, computer science, information systems, web development, or related field
  • Comfortable with websites, databases, or CMS platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to follow structured processes and document work
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Experience with WordPress, CMS tools, or SaaS platforms is a plus
